The main character, Yusuke, has been feeling stiff in the shoulders lately, and when he tells Noa he's going to a chiropractor, she responds, "Sounds fun. Can I come with you?" and he follows him. The two of them enter the clinic and Yusuke checks in. However, the chiropractor says, "Your girlfriend's condition may be more serious," and "In many cases, women with large breasts develop serious conditions without realizing it," so Noa also decides to receive treatment. From the other side of the curtain, Noa can be heard saying, "Ohhhhhhh!? Ohhhhhh!?!? Ohnnnnnnnn!?!?" What kind of treatment is she getting!?
